MCP server for Jira Cloud (multi-profile) and Tempo Cloud: generic REST tools, file-based Jira profiles, and optional Tempo helpers for worklogs and accounts. Requires external Jira profiles JSON file configured via ATLASSIAN_PROFILES_FILE environment variable.
