Notion MCP Light 是一个使用 Notion API 同步 Markdown 文件和 Notion 页面（无需消耗 LLM 令牌）的 MCP 服务器。需要通过环境变量 NOTION_TOKEN 或 .env 文件配置 Notion API 令牌。
