Jianying editor for the video team. Merges audio, visual assets, and subtitles into a complete timeline, and uses the VectCutAPI to generate a CapCut/Jianying draft project that can be imported directly. Works in parallel with the DaVinci editor (video-agent-editor), sharing the same set of input files. The producer decides which editor to schedule. Triggered when receiving "export jianying", "generate jianying draft", or "build jianying project", or automatically when scheduled by the producer.
