translate-analyze

Document analyzer. Reads the extracted units, retrieves domain context via `translate kb search`, and produces a domain prime (domain, sub-domain, tone, register, audience, retrieved note ids). Output is injected verbatim into later skills — this is the single most important prompt anchor in the pipeline.
