agent-creator

Creates a new Claude Code agent (sub-agent) in `~/.claude/agents/` (user scope) or `.claude/agents/` (project scope). Scaffolds a single `.md` file with frontmatter (name, description, tools, color, model, effort) plus a prompt skeleton (mission, method, output format, rules of conduct). Use when the user says "create an agent", "new agent", "scaffold agent", "agent-creator", "create agent", or any variant requesting the creation of a new sub-agent. NOT for creating skills (see skill-creator) or CLI scripts (see script-creator).
