update-tree.md

Regenerates TREE.md after filesystem changes (new files/folders, moves, deletions). Uses the unix tree command with exclusions for node_modules, .next, dist, build artifacts, git internals, and similar paths. Invoked automatically at the end of sequences that modify repository structure (IMPLEMENT, EDIT, or after commit-orchestrator or write operations).
