Use this skill IMMEDIATELY at the start of any task that touches more than one concern, file, or domain — even if the user doesn't ask you to orchestrate. If the task involves creating a component AND an API, refactoring AND reviewing, building a feature AND testing it, planning an architecture AND implementing it — this skill must run first.
