course-curriculum-design

[Scope of responsibility] Automatic generation of lecture operation manuals — 3-day, 21-session timetable; instructor/TA movement flows; D-7 pre-supplies; risk matrix + dedicated Plan B scenarios. Clearly distinguish from the paired moai-education:curriculum-designer (general curriculum design) — this skill produces the camp operation practice manual, while the pair handles general curriculum design. Use this skill for requests such as: "Create an operation manual for a lecture", "D-7 pre-supplies email", "Instructor/TA movement chart", "Risk Plan B matrix", "Create per-period timetable", "D-30 operation manual", "Checklist for facilities/environment". Chain: course-curriculum-design → moai-core:ai-slop-reviewer (operational manual text review) → moai-office:docx-generator (Word .docx output). v2.3.0 New (Wave 4 — moai-education newly activated).
