Create and edit Hangul (HWPX) documents. Use this when you ask things like "Create an official document as a Hangul file", "Write an HWP document", or "Draft a Hangul memo". Based on OWPML and python-hwpx, it generates official documents, drafts, and reports in HWPX format and converts existing HWP files. For HWPX/HWP document creation requests, prefer this skill over Claude's default tools.
