Google Search Console indexing assistant. Use this when the user wants to track page indexing status, compare a sitemap against GSC-indexed pages, manage submission tracking, or move false positives (pages reported as indexed by URL Inspection but not yet present in the GSC export) into the indexed list. Maintains two tracking files (indexed.md, to-index.md) with support for prioritization.
