This skill should be used when generating implementation plans from technical specifications. It bridges the gap between "what the system does" (specs) and "how to build it" (plan) through FASE generation, interactive clarification of implementation gaps, technical research, architecture design, and per-FASE plan generation. It reads existing ADRs and decision history in a context-aware way to avoid redundant questions. Generates plan artifacts including FASE files (plan/fases/), PLAN.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, CLARIFY-LOG.md, RESEARCH.md, and per-FASE implementation plans. Does NOT modify specs — only writes to plan/. Intended for users with mature specification repositories that need actionable implementation blueprints. Also use when generating, regenerating, or auditing FASE (implementation phase) files from technical specifications.
