Control AdGuard Home DNS filtering via its HTTP API. Use it to manage blocklists and allowlists, check domain filtering status, toggle protection on or off, or clear the DNS cache. Supports blocking or allowing domains, viewing statistics, and enabling or disabling DNS filtering.
