A skill that triggers alerts from inventory data for conditions such as stockouts, at-risk, excess, and stagnation, and generates SKU-level immediate action lists (reorder / sales restrictions / ad suspension / discounts / bundling). It supports automated diagnosis of inventory status and action assignment for requests like "give inventory alerts", "out-of-stock list", "excess inventory", "stagnant items", "SKUs whose ads should be stopped", "items to reorder", "out-of-stock handling", "restock handling", "inventory action list", and "inventory handling by ABC category". Compatible with inventory data from Rakuten, Amazon, Yahoo!, Shopify, and Next Engine. Note: forecasting reorder points and safety stock is handled by a separate skill `reorder-point-forecast-lite`; disposal planning for stagnant items is `deadstock-clearance-planner`; consumption via bundling is `bundle-set-product-planner`.
