Runs 4 steps: Completeness Audit, Alignment & Bonds Test, Monte Carlo Overheating Simulation (1000 iterations), and Efficiency Re-routing. Returns an audit_report with is_deployable boolean, missing components, alignment errors, capacity warnings, and optimization guidance.
